We kept needing tools that didn't exist — so we started making them. Everything here was built for our own community first, because we were the ones who needed it.
LAB_001
Every Deploy event gets its own private portal. Who is in the room, what they are building, who you should find, and why — assembled from what people tell us when they register, then encrypted so only the people in that room can read it.
LAB_002
Point it at a WhatsApp group export and it hands you back the community: who actually talks to whom, what the group keeps returning to, who has gone quiet, and what you missed while you weren't reading. Built for our own group chat, then opened up.
LAB_003
The members' intelligence system, as a native app. Dossiers on everyone in the community, event reports, a weekly pulse of what the room is working on, and a way to ask for an introduction to anyone in it. Currently in TestFlight, not yet open.
All of it started as something we needed ourselves. The easiest way to end up in the tools is to end up in the room.
